1.📚Spare by Prince Harry here. Once upon a time in a kingdom far far away never ever did I think that when I wrote my first book it would be coming out 3 weeks after one of the fastest-selling nonfiction books of all time 🤦♀️, but here we are! I hope you’re all still literally still hungry for more. I can promise jaw dropping revolutions about the family of microbes in your gut, the secrets of what they really need to get along and over 70 mouthwateringly moreish recipes that can help you live a longer and healthier life. Uncover your side of the story in my new book the “7 Principles of Healthy Eating”, available for preorder here now.
2. 💁♀️Epsom salts purchase the one I use here. If like so many other people this January you’ve decided to take it easy then having an epsom salt bath could be a lovely complement to that. Epsom salt baths can be relaxing and soothing, and while the benefits haven’t been scientifically proven yet, there is lots of anecdotal evidence to support their health benefits, and little downside. Make sure you try and use at least 500g per bath as this is a therapeutic dose. Soak for at least 15 minutes. If you’re soaking in an Epsom salt bath for aches and pains, make sure not to use water that’s too hot. This might worsen instead of reduce swelling.
