Firstly, an apology for my absence the last few weeks. My mind was starting to feel like it was melting so I took myself off to a cabin in the middle of nowhere (no phone signal or wifi) cooked on fire, walked, thought, slept and generally took some time out to reset. And gosh do I feel better, I made a little video about it here. Thank you for bearing with me, i’m back feeling better then ever and ready to push out some cracking content for you.
Also a continued THANK YOU to everyone who has ordered, bought, read, shared or gifted a copy of my book 7 Principles of Healthy Eating, and to all of you who have left a review on Amazon or Waterstones I'm so grateful as it really does help.

2. 🎧The Therapy Crouch by Abbey Clancy and Peter Crouch. Honestly, this is so good. I don’t know how much you’ll learn from it, but it’s certainly funny hearing about the pretty normal disagreements they have, and they are extremely entertaining and actually quite relatable as a couple. I love the weekly whines, and when they answer listeners questions. It’s all really good tbh!
3. 📺 Succession. Available on Sky and NowTV. The one and only. I think this is the best thing that has ever been on TV. Ever. The dialogue is so rich you can’t stop watching it for a second of you’ll miss something. It straddles dark humour perfectly, and the casting could not be more on point. Gutting it’s the last season but unlike Logan Roy the show know when to make an exit.
How to Whiten Teeth
Teeth can develop two types of stains: intrinsic and extrinsic. Intrinsic stains are caused by medications, infections, typical ageing, deficient restorations (filings) and trauma. Whitening agents cannot break down some of the molecules responsible for intrinsic tooth stains, specifically, heavy dark grey stains.
Extrinsic stains are caused by drinking coffee, tea, fizzy drinks, and/or red wine regularly, also certain bright foods such as blueberries, beetroot, curries and tomato-based sauces as well as tobacco products can also darken teeth. At-home whitening products can help remove these exterior stains from your teeth.
The two main products used for teeth whitening are hydrogen peroxide and carbamide peroxide. Unlike a whitening toothpaste that uses an abrasive ingredient to mechanically remove surface-level stains, the oxygen molecules within these whitening agents weaken your tooth stains on a molecular level.
If you have sound, healthy teeth and tooth structure, an at home product could work. However, for anyone with dental work, gingivitis, tooth sensitivity or decay, over-the-counter products can make those issues worse.
Here I go into detail about the options and what could work best for you…
