1.📚Why Has No One Told Me This Before? by Dr Julie Smith. Does literally exactly what is says on the tin. Clinical Psychologist and veteran TikToker Dr Julie Smith applies her usual style of taking the complex and explaining it in an accessible, relatable and actionable way. This stuff is obvious, but it’s not. The book provides a clear framework from which to manage ones mental health, with clearly defined chapters for specific challenges. A must read for any human.
2. 🎧The Diary Of A CEO- Billy McFarland: The Man Behind The Infamous Fyre Festival Disaster. Steven Bartlett assumes his usual cutting, and at times brutalistic, interviewing style when delving into McFarland’s story. This episode makes for compelling and at sometimes awkward listening. I even found myself empathising with the disgraced festival organiser at times, although these fleeting moments were quickly dismissed when the listener is reminded of the magnitude of Mafarland’s crimes, highlighted by his time in prison.
